A serious episode of COPS! was happening at the end of our street the other night! However they were missing their cameras and stuff!
I was coming back from the gym when I saw lights and cop cars and other cars blocking off my street. I saw the friendly neighborhood cop. When I turned my blinker on to let them know I needed through the friendly neighborhood cop flashed his flashlight in attempt to let me know I could go around. Right as soon as I'm going around all this commotion a rude out of neighborhood cop came up to my window and said, "Mam, do you know these streets make loops? I'm going to need you to make a loop!" Seriously? First of all I hate rude and inconsiderate cops. He could've asked me nicely if I could drive around for a little bit other than be rude! After all he was the one inconveniencing ME to get home!
Last night I opted from my workout to go workout with Trevor. The way he was talking was making me think that by doing this I would be getting a better workout than I normally would get. And the way he was talking made me feel as if everyone was going to witness me vomitting afterwards. I always go to the gym, and he does too, but here lately he has been going to the track a few days a week. He usually runs 2 laps, then walks a lap for 3 miles. Let's just say...
I.
WHOOPED.
HIS. BUTT.
Poor ol' man couldn't even make the last 2 running laps. His legs were heavy, his calves were burning. He just about gave every excuse in the book!! I felt accomplished. ;)
Last night I dreamt that we were getting married. Let's just say if that's how the real thing is going down, I'd rather pass. (I'm probably eating my words...) The wedding was a nightmare!! Trevor was dressed in jeans, a polo, and a ball cap, slouched at the front, sitting in a chair, on his phone!
I, however, was in a gorgeous wedding dress that all the sudden was ripped in the front and the zipper would keep coming undone. My mom had to come help me fix it and we realized we were missing a part to the dress?? Don't ask. Just be thankful that it wasn't the real deal.
Today I got to a point in my book where they went to Aspen, Colorado. All the sudden I feel the need to go to Aspen. I don't know if it's because snow sounds so appealing to me right now or what, but I want to go!! It's being added to my Bucket List.
Doesn't that just look absolutely gorgeous?? Snow on the streets, the lights, the mountains!
*sigh*
Tomorrow we head off to Sunray! It's been a while since I've seen all my family! Can't wait!!
& this is life as I know it...
