About Me

My photo
I am a student just trying to graduate and living life. I have a wonderful family, great friends, and an awesome boyfriend. Oh and I have a precious pup that I love so much. I love reading a good book, playing board games/cards, and decorating for anything. Working out makes me feel so much better, but it's a battle everyday. I've been in school for what seems like forever and will finally graduate in May. I am also a firm believer in "Everything Happens for a Reason". All in all as its beens said plenty of times before- I'm not perfect BUT I'm me! :)

Post Mardi Gras Break

I went back to clinic today.  It was only half a day but I was worn out. Ha, that's what good ol Mardi Gras break will do to ya!

What does one do on Mardi Gras break you ask?
Well.....
One goes to Tulsa to see their fiancé and go enjoy an Oklahoma City Thunder game traveling via party bus from Tulsa to OKC.
Party bus?

Ya we be ballas like that! Ha, joking but really though....
It was quite the time if I do say so myself! So much of a time that this girl did not get off the couch until 3 Saturday. And then got up to go get us some Ted's! Scrumptious! :)
Sunday it snowed. So we went to church and watched movies Sunday.
Monday- Trevor's office closed so he did a little work at home while I did homework (of course I had homework during break) and then we shopped a little and ended up playing in the snow! We were only playing in the snow (on the 4-wheeler) for about 15 min until
Wah.
Wah.
Wah.
The cops came! Ha... don't worry they weren't looking for us, but they did tell us to go home! :'(
Sad day.
When we went shopping, I picked up a few things to make a new wreath!

Easy peasy...
I am clearly also obsessed with my lanterns.  Ever since I got them I have been stuffing them with stuff thats fitting for every holiday, for every holiday.

Tuesday finally broke my lazy streak.  I actually made myself up and Trevor and I had our first official meeting with the priest.  I was so nervous for some reason.  But it was fine.. so yay for that!
It was also Fat Tuesday so of course we had to celebrate! However, Louisiana has apparently already left Trevor's body since he chose leftover enchiladas over gumbo for supper. Pfff... it was Fat Tuesday hello!
Wednesday it was back on the road to Louisiana.
Only 2 more times do I have to make that trip from Louisiana to Oklahoma and one of those times won't be made with a trip back to Louisiana! ;)
Countdown is totally on! Whoop!

& this is life as I know it...
