About Me

My photo
I am a student just trying to graduate and living life. I have a wonderful family, great friends, and an awesome boyfriend. Oh and I have a precious pup that I love so much. I love reading a good book, playing board games/cards, and decorating for anything. Working out makes me feel so much better, but it's a battle everyday. I've been in school for what seems like forever and will finally graduate in May. I am also a firm believer in "Everything Happens for a Reason". All in all as its beens said plenty of times before- I'm not perfect BUT I'm me! :)

Two-Cents Tuesday

I know I have failed blogging recently, but I....wellll
okay, I have no excuse.  But at least I gave it a great effort! :)

Trevor came this weekend and left me with an empty apartment.  Seriously.  There's hardly anything still here! Ah! So sad.  It's sad because I still have a few weeks left in this apartment and I don't like, as Trevor calls it, "roughin it".  I like to have everything I need and then some.  But it's also exciting because that means our long distance relationship is coming to an end.  Finally! Sheesh.  Aaaaand it also means graduation is getting closer! Whoop!
5 more days of clinic & 2 finals standing in my way of graduating!!

Since I have finished all of my requirements for being able to take the exam to get certified in mammography and have finished all of my homework, I have a lot of free time in clinic.  So I decided to pick up a book and a Sudoku book yesterday.  Instead of playing Sudoku, I read today.  It's 168 pages long, and I'm already on page 100. -_- Glad that occupied my time for a while.... pff I'll be done with it by tomorrow.  I started reading Heaven is For Real.  It's been around for a while, but I had forgotten about it until I saw they were coming out with a movie.

MY COUSIN.... has been holding out her talent on all of us.  She sent me a text a while back when she saw that I was pinning numerous Save the Dates on Pinterest and said, "You know I can make your Save the Dates and invitations right?!"
UH NO....!!!
So I then quickly asked if she could also make my graduation invitations!

Pff.. How cute are these?!  Free of service, printed them from Shutterfly, paying for shipping only... I think I got myself a deal! Good job Taelor! They look super cute! ;)

Back to my two-cents Tuesday...
Louisiana and I only have a few weeks left with each other and it hasn't been treating me right.  I am about to basically go back to Panhandle weather, when I move to Oklahoma.  Can I at least get some nice warm weather during my time left here in Shreveport! PLEASE!
So for my two-cents: Louisiana get your crap together! I need to soak up as much sun as possible before moving to windy, tornado alley, Oklahoma! Okay?! Thanks! ;)

& this is life as I know it...
