About Me

My photo
I am a student just trying to graduate and living life. I have a wonderful family, great friends, and an awesome boyfriend. Oh and I have a precious pup that I love so much. I love reading a good book, playing board games/cards, and decorating for anything. Working out makes me feel so much better, but it's a battle everyday. I've been in school for what seems like forever and will finally graduate in May. I am also a firm believer in "Everything Happens for a Reason". All in all as its beens said plenty of times before- I'm not perfect BUT I'm me! :)

Got Milk?

So this morning as I was enjoying my cereal, I all the sudden had to go to the bathroom.  I know what you're thinking TMI.  Sorry, but there's no way around it it's part of the story.  Anyway, I sat my cereal down on the table in the living room and went on about my business.  As soon as I got to the bathroom, I heard slurping.  I regretfully, immediately thought it was Lailee.  She loves her some milk.  So I yell for her to come here.  She comes sprinting in with no milk to be seen.  I then yell for Jersey to come here......

WAAA WAAA WAAAAAAAA....
Yup, Jersey enjoyed herself a half full bowl of milk this morning.

After that whole episode, I got ready to go workout, came back got ready and headed to the mall.
Mardi Gras is Saturday and you know I have to have something new and cute to wear! So I went to the mall to find something before I went to work.  I ended up going to The Buckle.  BIG MISTAKE.  I personally have a love/hate relationship with The Buckle.  Their stuff is sooo cute, but soo expensive.  I don't normally go in there. Only every once in a while.  I went in there because I just knew they'd have what I was looking for.  Which they did.  Well I found a shirt it was $25.  I'm a cheap shopper but $25 is NOT bad at all for being at The Buckle--for those of you who didn't know.  So obviously I was excited. Then it all began.  A girl came up wanting me to try on jeans, showing me other shirts that were like $50.  I lied and said I was on my lunch break from work and had to get back.  I'm not going to lie though.  She did end up winning this battle between her and I.  While I was trying on a shirt, she brought me another one.  It was too cute to pass up.  :( I'm a sucker for shopping.. BAD habit.
Anyway I ended up buying a couple of shirts and a piece of jewelry and left before she drained my bank account. Ha.  You think I'm kidding...

I know you're probably tired of hearing this but......

YAY FOR MARDI GRAS!!!

& this is life as I know it...
