SIXTEEN

SIXTEEN DEGREES THIS MORNING!!! 

1-6!!! Oh my goodness how cold!! I was informed that back home it was in the negatives. Whew! Feel sorry for them.  I could hardly stand 20 degrees today.  I sat at my little ol' desk at work and stayed by the heater all afternoon!! 

This morning on the way to workout I saw this...

Ya..that cold.  Riiiidiculous. It WAS a water fountain.  Now I guess you could say it's an ice fountain.  

Anyway, the last couple of days I almost thought I was back home.  I woke up Tuesday morning to a storm.  Wind was blowing, thunder was rolling, and the lightenin' was striking.  ((good ol' Garth Brooks ha)) I thought I was going to have to take a boat and wear a life jacket to work. There was no kidding a river in the front yard.  Later on that day, it got cold.  Like went from 60 to 30-something.  THEN, it started supposedly snowing.  I say supposedly cause I never saw it.  Just heard that it was.  Crazy weather.  Don't get me wrong I like the cold, BUT ONLY if there's snow.  

Back to crazy weather, Louisiana seriously, no joke, closes down everything for anything.  So I was totally banking on my class getting cancelled.  Lucky me still got to go sit through a 3 hour class.  ((ya, I said it 3 hours)) Oh well, don't have to go again till next week. :)
