This weekend was a pretty successful weekend.
Friday, we met new people and partied.
Saturday, we had our own party.
We had to for the big game! Geaux Tigers?? Eh, I don't know how that sounds coming out of this Texas girl's mouth, but they won so everyone else was pumped! Speaking of being a Texas girl...
GUESS
WHAT?!
This GIRL did NOT get to watch the Cowboys game today. Why? Because this Louisiana TV that is in the living room decided it wouldn't be on TV today. Rude. Straight up rude. Had to watch the Saints play instead. Which eventually lead to me taking one, big, long, nap. Not saying that the Saints were boring, it's just what happened. I didn't mind it at all.
Anyway, don't ask any questions....BUT I have decided that I need to go on a health kick. It is just what I have decided. So if you have any suggestions on dieting or work out plans, please feel free to let me know. Any helpful tips will be helpful. ;)
Tomorrow is Monday. sigh!
Monday means another early morning of getting up at 6 in the a.m. Only 2 more days of observation!! Whoop! I know, it's ridiculous that I'm already counting down...but hey trust me you wouldn't blame me.
Today we got to set our clocks back. When my friend, Anntonette, was wondering if we had to set it forward or backwards, I said, "Spring forward, Fall back". She informed me that it was a stupid saying because you could just as easily spring back and fall forward. Obviously she is just jealous because she is usually the one answering my stupid questions. However....
Today I am thankful for: That extra hour of sleep!
I love me some sleep! BUT....Now it is going to get dark earlier. Boo on that! Hope everyone remembered to set their clocks back!
One more thing....
Congratulations to my cousin, Mitchell!! He has made it to State in Cross Country!! Yay Mitchell!! Good luck in Austin!!!
& this is life as I know it...
