DEAR ABBY

I am dedicating this blog to Abby because she was griping at me yesterday for not blogging much anymore.  I informed her that my blogs weren't that great, but she said she was tired of reading her literature.

So here it is Abby- one long random blog just for you.  Hope this makes you happy!! :)

Not a lot has been going on. Work. School. And a whole lotta blah. 

Sunday was Super Bowl Sunday...we went over to a neighbors and watched the game there.  I enjoyed the half time show, but I've heard mixed responses.  I didn't care for the game that much cause I'm neither a Packer or a Steeler fan, but hey it's the Super Bowl.  It would have been VERY UN-American of me not to watch it. ;) I even debated wearing my Cowboy jersey, but I didn't.  I supported the "green and yellow green and yellow".  Only because it seemed to be the common team everyone was going for so hey why not?

School just started to SUCK.  Tonight to be exact.  I had to give my very first speech!! And it was just as awful as I imagined it would be.  I haven't done that since High School.  I'm just glad it was over with.  I was afraid of not making my time but I actually went over. WHOOPS! There was this girl that literally had a panic attack; I all the sudden felt better about my speech...

For those of you who do or do not know about Lailee's current potty problems...((which are better I think- I haven't let her prove herself yet)) we've added another problem.  This problem has ALWAYS been a problem but she's really been shining her true colors here lately.  Geez-louize is that dog spoiled.  Yes, I'm fully aware she is A) a dog and B) that I did this to her.  Do you know how cute she was when she was just a pup?! A-dorable.  But now EVERY morning ((and I'm not over exaggerating on EVERY)) she whines when I'm getting ready.  This only makes me feel bad because I know she just wants some attention.  I literally wake up, go work out, shower, get ready, eat, go to work, come home, cook supper, watch some T.V., work out AGAIN, shower AGAIN, and go to bed.  So obviously she's not getting much attention.  And for that I feel sorry for her, so I picked her up today and loved on her. :)

You can see spoiled written all over her face.  You can tell she's thinking, "Ha. I have complete control over you and I get whatever I want." Which then only leads me to believe I should never have kids.  

I got an early Valentine's Day present from Trevor Sunday.  We decided to inform everyone of this on Facebook and leave it at that.  I thought it was pretty funny, seeing that everyone thought it was something BIG.  And everyone thought right! BIG as in GARY ALLAN TICKETS!! Whoop Whoop!  You should've seen all the texts I got that night.  My phone was blowing up.  Abby even told me it was a good prank, and for some reason I remember her as being a pretty good prankster herself so I took this as a compliment.  She said, "Touche- if I had a hat on, I'd take it off to you."  Ha!

The weather man is predicting 2-4 inches of snow tomorrow.  Schools are already shut down once again with nothing on the ground.  We'll see what will happen tomorrow!
