Yup.
It's true. Here I am blogging. The last time I posted a blog was almost to the day, a year ago. It was Christmas Eve 2012.
Trevor asked me last night why I stopped. Honestly, this past year has been pretty crazy. School. Got. Real. I was pretty busy this year and I'm not making any promises, but I'll see what I can do in 2014.
Where did 2013 even go?! I probably sound old saying that, but seriously. I've been wanting these past years to go by a little quick so I can say I finally am done with school....and I guess I'm getting my wish because I will FINALLY be done in MAY!! Yay!!!! I absolutely can not wait.
Let's just take a look back at 2013.....
Trevor and I rang in 2013 with Jessica and her friends in Dallas.
2013 was a tough year for my family. My stepdad lost his battle to cancer in February. Crazy to me that it's almost been a year. He has been greatly missed this year and will continue being missed everyday.
We saw Jason Aldean in concert!!
Sadly, the house went up for sale in Shreveport due to Trevor getting transfered to Tulsa for work.
My mom, sisters, and I traveled to Alabama for vacation this summer! It was so much fun! I love the beach!!
Trevor and I found a house in Tulsa!!! I absolutely am in love with it and am having a blast decorating a little more every time I come visit! It's like my dream vacation home!
My family went to Dallas for the Notre Dame and Arizona State game!! Again, so much fun!! It was my first time being in the Dallas Cowboy's Stadium!
I registered for my last semester of classes!! Ah! What a relief!!
Saw Santa Claus for the first time since.....????
Trevor took me ice skating for the first time ever. It was fun; however, I was completely terrible at it. Trevor was clearly a pro. Whatever. I'm convinced that since the ice skating rink was located near where he works, he was going there after work everyday practicing to show me up.
And last but not least I have made it through another year without getting engaged.... yay me!

I must also say that I am so very blessed to have made it another year being healthy, loved, and blessed in general.
